All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-7 of order placement. Please be aware that some of our products are made to order, necessitating up to 7 days for production before they can be shipped out.

 

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen, product and the destination:

USA Shipping: 2-10 business days for domestic, 10-30 business days for international.
Europe Shipping: 2-10 business days for domestic, 10-30 business days for international).
International Shipping: 10-30 business days

Additional Shipping Information: Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any errors made by courier companies during the shipping process. We partner with reputable shipping companies to ensure your package is handled with care; however, the responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier once it leaves our facility.

 

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view an estimate of the shipping cost at checkout.

 

4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipments may take 10-30 to arrive, depending on your location. Please note:

Customs and Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
International Shipping Restrictions: Some products may not be available for all international locations.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us if you have not received within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement.
